Your roof is the most important part of your home and without proper maintenance from leaking gutters to rotten timber, things can go from bad to worse, protect your home from any rot getting in.
The first step of installation is to lift the first row of tiles and replace old felt with a waterproof membrane. THen we ensure all timbers are in perfect condition, if there are any rotten timbers they will be replaced as needed.
We can then install our low maintenance uPVC Fascia, Soffit and Guttering, ensuring all jobs are completed on time with minimal disruption.
Fascias and Soffits
Masterclad NI ascias and Soffits are manufactured by Freefoam which are the best available on the market. They will not warp or discolour like some products. We offer an extensive range of colours from Black, brown, white to wood-grain mahogany, rose wood and light oak. There are many other colours available for you to choose from.
Guttering and Downpipes
Guttering and Downpipes come in various colours: white, black, brown and caramel. They also come in square, round or agee profile, depending o the style of your home.
Dry Verge
The finishing touch to a perfect Roofline. Over a period of time roof edges can deteriorate with cement cracking which can lead to re-pointing and more expense. Our Dry Verge System blocks any unsightly gaps to achieve a maintenance free roof edge. This can be fitted after your Fascia and Soffits are installed.
Soil Pipes and Waste Pipes
We supply and install uPVC Soil Pipes and Waste Pipes. These come in black, brown and white to enhance the overall look of your home.
